Rack & Pinion (MSJA)

- Maintenance: Easy to inspect and lubricate. Components are rugged and designed for harsh dust/debris environments.

Traditional Wire Rope
- Safety: Ropes can stretch, fray, or snap. Susceptible to slippage under heavy, dynamic loads.
- Height: Limited by rope weight. Higher heights require excessively thick ropes and massive drum sizes.
- Maintenance: Wire ropes are highly sensitive to dust, cement powder, and moisture. Hard to inspect core damage.
- Installation: Requires machine rooms or heavy top-mounted structures. Difficult to alter height once installed.

SAJ Progressive Safety Governor
The heart of our safety system. If descent speed exceeds the set limit by even a fraction, the governor triggers a smooth, progressive braking action to halt the cage safely.
Mechanical Door Interlocks
The hoist cannot move unless all doors and gates are completely closed and locked. Conversely, doors cannot be opened while the hoist is in motion.
Overload Sensing System
Precision load cells instantly detect if the capacity is exceeded. The system sounds an alarm and disables movement until the excess weight is removed.
Redundant Limit Switches
Upper, lower, and final limit switches prevent the cage from over-traveling past the designated top or bottom landings, cutting power if engaged.
